“We worked with LNI Homes on a renovation of our unfinished basement in a 1930’s stonefield house to create a family room space. It was not an easy symmetrical box space and Pat was able to follow the complex shape of our walls to provide maximum light from the windows into the room. In addition, Greg listened very attentively to what we wanted and was able to work towards our goals for the space. This included respecting the original design of the house and incorporating old historical elements into the new renovation and not just doing a simple solution of covering everything up for ease. There were no surprises and Greg was very consistent with great communication. The project did not lag and was delivered on time. I would recommend LNI Homes to anyone who is looking to do renovations on their home.
